Olympus to make Sony lenses

This is exciting news as Olympus makes the best lenses on the market.
Olympus Slated to Supply Sony With Lenses in Two-Way Alliance

Look like it is pretty good to use. Actually, my friend share me a little information about OLYMPUS. And I found out that it is very good to use.

Are they teaming up together to make lenses or is Olympus doing it all by themselves?

And is there any difference between the 2? I know it's a stupid question for those of you who already know the answer but I do not. :)
