Older 14-45 lens broken - What should i do

MY daughter while avoiding all the good things took my Camera (E-300) from the table and dropped it on the floor. It was in its case but that didnt save the Lens. Now the lens is inoperable, something is definitely broken. It was part of the original E-300 Kit.

so the million dollar questions is what should i do with it. Should I get it repaired or just throw it ??

Toss it. I hate the disposable world we live in, but it's only $100 to replace it with a 14-42. Or a well-spent $350 for a 14-54...It will be prohibitively expensive to repair it. So expensive, that they might not even repair it anyway regardless of cost.
