New E-3 for 655.00
I broke down and bought an E-3 from KEH. It was listed as a LN body, I paid 655.00 for it. It arrived today and when I check the shutter activation count, it's been fired 210 times. Blows my mind. So I also had to order an HLD-4 from B&H, and a new Metz flash. Oh well, gotta help the economy. Now I've gotta do something with my old E-1 bodies.

If you are coming all the way from an E1 you are going to go into culture shock.LOL

I agree with Gary. The E-1 was a nice camera but it wasn't even really current when it was current. The E-3 is a different story. Yes, there's newer better stuff. But the E-3 is still an excellent camera that won't hold you back in any way. Psyched for you!

Don't be fooled from the shutter count. If this camera was serviced by Olympus the counter was resetted, heard this from many other users. I own a 510 with a shutter count of 343.
