Micro Four Thirds

Olympus and Panasonic announce today a Micro 4/3 mount. It will be smaller and will be sans mirror.

This is really exciting. With leica being a 4/3 partner, I expect rangefinder style pro cameras at half the size of the current DSLRs. They'll want to make a new M, which is fine by me - although I never felt the craving for the big cursive "L," it would be nice to have a mini pro camera with the always amazing zuiko glass...
