I got the 50-200mm lens too...

I picked it up Sunday, and got to try it out tonight at the VW 21st Century Beetle Launch Party featuring a performance by the Black Eyed Peas. (All photographs are ©2011 Megan Green, do not download or otherwise copy without my permission.)

I used it on my E-3 body;
800 ISO
Vivid Color
Noise Reduction On
Sharpened once in Photoshop
Highly caffeinated
Two gin and tonics
Barely ate all day
Hand held.

The last photograph is at a focal length of 200mm. I'm *really* happy with this lens. I picked it up used from Adorama.

Nice shots Megan. You should be quite happy with the lens. It focuses even faster on a E5.

I think there is a shortage due to the events in Japan an I also think it is a bigger seller than Olympus thought it would be.
