    It works but if you want them to show here without having to go to flickr there are a couple of ways. I use the paper clip on top of the message window. Click it and you'll get a browser window to browse your hard drive. You can post as many as five per message. They must be resized to no more than 800 pxls on longest side.
    Below the message box you;ll find an option to upload them to your gallery, too, but your gallery pics can be full size so you may want to put bigger ones in your gallery.

    I think by looking at your pics that you have a good eye for unique angles. You'll find a lot of technical detail help here. I sure do.

    It goes to your Flicker account. To show a single shot here, be sure it is sized to fit and use its URL like [img]url[/img]. To find the url, expand the photo then look at its properties (right click>properties). Copy the url shown and remove everything after 'jpg'. - TF
