With E300 and 14-45

I tried to put this in the correct thread but would not work, be my fault, have a feeling that as I tried to reduce the size, I may well have stuffed it up. If you can see it, please don't hold back, I'm old and learning. (new fangled stuff, bah..)

I apologize for that, I think the original was too big and was rejected, then I made it into a farce..
