    E-420 and E520 firmware updates

    Updates are now avaliable for the 420 and 520 cameras. The upgrade is suppose to help the brightness of the LCD screen.

    i have firmware 1.5 on my E300 is there available updates for this camera

    1.5 is the latest version for the E300. But you can check the link I posted and see if there are any for your lenses.

    im going to check my lenses tonight . if they need upgrading on the firmware how would this be done?

    Start Olympus Master. Put the lens that needs the upgraded on the camera and click upgrade camera and follow the instructions. Make sure your battery is fully charged. Lots of bad things can happen if the battery dies before the upgrade is complete.
