    1st Shot with 40-150mm Lens

I just got this lens yesterday morning.. Its nice, i like it.. It has its pros and cons about it..

Heres a shot I took.. My editing skills are sub par so all i did was a mild crop and slight saturation...

    C&C welcome

Re: 1st Shot with 40-150mm Lens

I think you did a fine job with the photo, especially since it's a new lens. The background blur looks good, and the flower stands out from the background.

I don't do a lot of post processing myself since I don't have a lot of time to shoot - and I don't like sitting at the computer taking up my photography time.

When you get to the point where you want to get more critiquing on your images, don't hesitate to post the photos on the Critique forum. You will get more responses - and many more suggestions as to how to improve your images.

Thanks for sharing - I look forward to seeing more.

The next items that are on my list to buy are:

    EX-25 Extension
    Raynox DCR-250

They will have to wait though.. Getting married in August so I gotta keep the funds available for the honeymoon
