Chicago Air Show pics. 60 stories up, 300mm

I watched the chicago airshow today, on the roof deck of my apartment, 60 stories up. It was spectacular! My building is the tallest in the area, so all the jets flew just over our heads because we were in the tallest object they had to clear.

I used my 70-300 and got AMAZINGLY close to the jets.
Im going to post a link to another forum where I uploaded the images, hope nobody minds.

Amazing, Be sure and post them in the gallery for all to see. I can see the pilot in some of them. Stellar work indeed. I have my eye on the new 9-18mm Don't make me change my mind.

actually i will be selling off the 70-300 after this. I have no use for it. Aside from this, the picture of the moon, and pictures of a Ford GT crash at ALMS, i pretty much never used the lens past 150mm, and i already have a lens for that which is much easier to use and faster to focus.
