    Olympus Fe-180 Love it

just a new kid on the block, what the eagles say a new kid in town, a extremly happy one because he just recently bought a second hand Olympus Fe-180 with a good DIS (digital Image Stabilizer) system. i suffer from a bit trembling hands and especially with smaller and ligher cameras images used to be a bit blurry. now with the olympus i can take pictures when i want to travel light without having to pull my whole gear (see profile) with me

I can use tips for olympus fe-180 since i just got it since friday

so if some one please show me the proper place to introduce me ....

    greetings nikonian

Congratulations on the little Olympus, nikonian. I believe that's a pretty straightforward point-and-shoot camera. You should take a look at my point-and-shoot tips article. It's got a bunch of techniques that will help with any compact camera.

And please post a review for your FE-180 once you've had it long enough to know it well. We need your reviews. They are the foundation of this site :-)

I bought my son a FE-180. He is heading to the races in Alabama this week end with it. He really likes the camera too. Good luck and as John said, please write a review. You might be helping someone else out.

I will ask my son and see what he thinks. I have used it but have never noticed a problem seeing the screen.

the display of mine fe-180 was set to normal , in sunny weather you can set it ot bright , it helps to see what you are doing. i am quite impressed by the picture quality it is very good , esspecialy the anti shake mode is great and works with me with steady and moving objects
