    I got my 12-60mm

I got a great deal on 12-60mm lens from Adorama. It was refurbished by Olympus just like new for only $685. I'm very impressed with the image quality and its macro capabilities. I took some test shots.
Now I'm selling my 14-54 lens if anyone is interested. It is in excellent condition all the way around, comes with hood, caps, and pouch in original box with original packing material.

    Re: I got my 12-60mm

I guess I'm the odd one out, I sold my 14-54 before I received my 12-60 and after a short while bought another 14-54.

I find the 14-54 a teeny tiny bit sharper in the studio.

Still haven't got around to selling the 12-60 though

Enjoy, it is a Great lens.

    Cheers, Don

    Re: I got my 12-60mm

Thanks everyone. Don, I know both lenses are very close in performance. The most noticeable difference to me is that I was able to shoot macro in much closer range than the 14-54mm. I don't buy equipment often actually I didn't since 2007. Now I felt like treating myself to something special. I think its more rewarding to spend time knowing what I have than spending it learning something new.

When in processing I can enlarge a shot and I notice the 12-60mm is sharper. Also when on the E3 the focusing is FAST..........

Greg, I noticed the faster focus instantly. When it comes to sharpness, I'd have to wait and see but I take your word for it.

I thought the same way and then decided to keep the 14-54 for size / weight reasons.

Not sorry - next week I'm off on a beachy holiday. Don't fancy lugging a heavy bag around so I'll just be taking the 14-54 and 70-300. The other advantage is they're both 58mm so I just need one set of filters.

    The 14-54mm takes a 67mm filter and the 70-300mm takes a 58mm.....

The 12-60mm takes a 72mm filter, are you using a step down ring ?

    Cheers, Don
