    12-60 vs 14-35

I have the 12-60 and 14-35, Do I really need BOTH?? In alot of situations there does not seem to be any difference. I know the 12-60 is lighter, smaller, and has more reach, but I am referring to IQ only.

The 12-60mm is a High Grade lens, the 14-35mm is a Super High Grade lens.

Before I start to make assumptions could you tell us what body you are using them on ?

If you are pleased with the performance of the 12-60mm I would just keep it. You are basically covering the same focal range if you keep the 14-35mm. Unless the 14-35mm just kills the 12-60mm in performance.

    LOL

Yeah the ~$2300 SHG 14-35mm kills the ~$1000 HG 12-60mm lens for image quality.

If you can't see the improved image quality or it doesn't matter to you I would sell the 14-35mm and buy a E-5 with the funds

    Cheers, Don
