Yahoo email is resizing images

I just noticed that Yahoo email seems to be resizing my images down to 800 pixels long side. :(

This not only gives my recipients a smaller image than I wanted, but since most images need to be resharpened after resizing them, it gives them a fuzzy image!

Anyone else notice this phenomena?

I use Yahoo email with AT&T ISP without problem. I also receive the images for our camera club and only have resizing problems with those coming from Macs. - Terry

I finally figured it out Terry ... Yahoo must have just added their "Photo Size" option on the right side of their Attachment window. It lets you select whether you want to reduce them for fast viewing, and somehow it got defaulted to Reduced. :( I switched that off. See the attached image.

Terry - Hmm. Have you tried attaching a large image first? The control doesn't appear until you do that.

Nope. Tried a 2.5MB 2155x2748 jpg. - Terry

Yeah, I've noticed it too. I think that we need to change it into anything else. Google emails are the most secure today, so I think that it can be a good platform for a new start. Oh, and one more.
