I think the question is erroneous.
    Unemployment in Sydney is 3.76%,
meaning 96.24% of the working population have found a job.

Yes. That is true. It is not easy to employ someone without a work or PR visa in Australia. If your transcript is outstanding then you may find a company that can sponsor you. Otherwise your best bet is to get an internship with some company and canvass very hard for sponsorship. If you are looking for a job here, I can recommend to search here https://au.jobsora.com/

It’s rough. Unless you're well connected in your field, over probably you won’t get employment supply simply.

Our job market runs on connections and internal references. If you retain going at it for one or two of years, eventually you may land an honest and secure job, the toughest half is that the 1st few years.

Many people undergo hiring agencies for temporary and shrunk work, and as you get around the block and folks get to grasp you, the association keeps increase and eventually you'll leave on your own.

I have fifty individuals operating in my department and most of them started as intern, casual or temporary worker, and once they evidenced their value, I work with our 60 minutes to seek out them permanent positions at intervals the corporate.
