What's the best memory foam mattress for quality sleep?

I have memory foam on my sofa, and now have a big dip where I have spent hours sitting, so I would not recommend it! Not for chairs or sofas, anyway. It does feel comfortable when new, but I have a feeling that its a bit of a fad. It does feel quite soft though and I think that its fine for mattresses. Just so long as it continues to bounce back.
