Wherever I buy my Solar generators, they sell that type of windows, they are some of how the seller understood that when the angle of the sun changes they change color, some are integrated with a generator or solar panel to absorb that light that begins to emit solar radiation, The truth is my explanation is very amateurish but they can explain it to the experts.
