    Very poor customer service

    Very poor customer service. The latest update you'll get a black screen when you play a video for your kick points or a video will play and you won't get your point. I've tried contacting customer service and they don't respond or care. Sent them an email on another issue on the app and after day 4 I sent another one asking if someone would respond and someone did. Seriously?! Not worth the aggravation. You lost me and know you don't care.

    I have been using this app since February 2020, which is approximately 22 months https://shopkick.pissedconsumer.com/review.html . The app lacks accuracy with making sure you get the correct number of kick points are earned when you buy from a mutual vendor that you access via the Shopkick app. Customer service gives the user the constant runaround and you have to continuously urge the app to make updates. I have given up on using this app. There are many other apps w/ a better response team & more of an accurate tally. I do not recommend!
