    Vegetarians Need Not Apply

    I was bored, so I took a picture of my dinner.

    Yes BTW I did cook it myself....

    It's a veal shoulder steak dressed with artichoke hearts in 5 cheese tomato sauce. With just a dusting of parmigiano reggiano on top.

    Looks great! Sure fill up the tummy that's for sure. Love veal, very nice meat to eat.
