    Re: Psychologist

As far as I know, the most urgent problems with which people seek help from a psychologist are: depression, anxiety, fears, difficulties in coping with crisis situations, problems of interpersonal relationships, the meaning of life and so on. By the way, here you can find out, Australia Counselling Directory. Separately, Australia Counselling is the best platform for therapy and you can find the best mental health services there if you need a specialist.

    Re: Psychologist

I had a terrible depression a year ago after my divorce. I didn't want to work or interact with people. I just shut myself off from everyone. My sister signed me up for a psychotherapist at Australia Counselling. Try find a therapist https://www.australiacounselling.com.au/ . Only they could help me overcome depression. Try not to start the problem. Because then it will be very difficult to deal with it.
