Not a good company 1200 negative reviews on another site provide that information.ALL customer service is OVERSEAS for service techs also .“phone men.”Customer service based in the Philippines.Over priced for internet and phone service.My internet speed is 0.675Kbps NOT a typo ,and I only get in coming calls for 63.00 dollars a month.My neighbor has a 10 Kbps plan and only gets up to 3-6 Kbps.To upgrade ? to so called 10Kbps up to 3 -6 Kbps maybe depending on congestion and full phone service would be over 90 dollars a month....No more deals plan starting at 90 dollars a month.If you have a phone line on your street that only supports phone.Your out of luck,So your stuck with PHONE and slow internet.

Hello there! I had a problem with centurylink net company. The customer support has been extremely helpful in resolving all issues. In fact, we are going to order a second phone line. In all fairness, this review went from a really bad experience to a very good one. So I left my centurylink net review and hope this experience will be really helpful.
