Companies use artificial intelligence to find specialists.

I've heard that many services are already implementing such algorithms. They look through thousands of resumes in seconds and single out those who are suitable for key skills. But still, no one canceled the live interview, because AI cannot assess personal qualities and motivation.

Wouldn’t AI hiring tools be more effective? I always worry that I might miss a good candidate’s resume just because I or my team are just people. We get tired, distracted, and make mistakes, and that’s normal. I read more about how AI is used now to find top talent https://ifreechat.net/building-adapt...or-recruiters/ , and I think there’s something really cool and valuable for business in it. You can reach way more candidates way faster and pick out the ones that really fit us.
