I believe that vitamins are best taken in their natural form. I try to eat more fresh fruits, vegetables and always eat right. The only thing I take as a dietary supplement is mushroom powder. I found out about it on this website . I read that it is very useful and wanted to try it. It can be seen that the product is natural and the aroma is incredible. I know that some people add it to tea or coffee, but I prefer its presence in soups or garnishes.
