Use SmoothMouse for OS X -- it's free, you can try off acceleration entirely, and it also fixes ~30ms of mouse lag you likely have (see Pointer lag - Mac OS X)
There can be several variants how to do this. I think the simplest way is via command line, you need to use this command:
defaults write .GlobalPreferences com.apple.mouse.scaling -1
