AG Gonzales believes that the constitution and Bill of Rights are secondary to what people want. The Bush administration is getting set to arrest journalists who publish or talk about documents released by whistle blowers. Gonzalez says..

"On the 1st amendment ramifications: "'But it can't be the case that that right trumps over the right that Americans would like to see, the ability of the federal government to go after criminal activity.'"

So, if lots of Americans don't like the Bill of Rights, its OK to ignore it. I wonder if the same rule applies to paying federal taxes? Every time this administration hits bottom, it starts to dig even deeper.
