I bought a ticket for a concert in Las Vegas that was postponed and have had no luck so far getting a refund or being able to get in contact with anyone from Eventbrite. Eventbrite states to contact the organizer which I did and finally got hold of someone Who initially gave me a vague response and then stopped responding to my questions about my refund. Using the contact us option on Eventbrite‘s website is a waste of time as well as you just get the runaround and don’t get to actually correspond with anyone! Starting to feel like I’ve been scammed!
