Re: Qi Coils and Energy Healing: Separating Fact from Fiction

I started using Qi Coils as part of my daily meditation practice, and I must say, I do feel a sense of relaxation and clarity. Whether it's the frequencies themselves or just a placebo effect, I’m not sure. But for me, anything that helps with mindfulness is worth it.

The concept of electromagnetic healing sounds interesting, but there’s little to no scientific backing for Qi Coils. While some people claim to experience benefits, there’s no solid evidence that they have a physiological impact beyond placebo effects.
