There are nights when sleep just won’t come, no matter how tired I feel. I’ll turn off the lights, put my phone down, and then end up staring at the ceiling with my thoughts running in circles. On one of those nights, I realized it wasn’t just about insomnia, it was that my mind needed to unload but there was no one to talk to at that hour. It made me wonder if using some sort of chat companion could make a difference, maybe just to release random thoughts so they don’t build up. I’m not looking for deep conversations at 2 AM, more like something light and calming to quiet the brain. Has anyone here tried something like this for sleepless nights?
