    Anxiety causing sickness

Hi, whenever I get nervous or excited, even the slightest bit, I vomit. I am sick at least once a week. Even if I don’t feel nervous about something it’s as if my body tricks me into throwing up, I normally feel better afterwards. It’s getting to the point where I wake up on a college morning and I am sick so I have to stay home. Does anyone else experience this and is there any ways to deal with it?

I am sorry you feel that way. First thing you have to do is to overcome anxiety. It's not easy, I know but it's possible. Just start maintaining a healthy lifestyle, quit bad habits, sleep well, work out regular. Try also meditation and breathing techniques. I also buy magnesium at online pharmacy to support the nervous system.
