    Age and hours of sleep.
    I've got homework for my psychology class. I need to survey people, how old are you and how many hours of sleep do you get per day, on average. Thanks!

    I am newly 60 years old and get about 5 hours/night. Gets less as I get older!

    Thank you all! I have a nice full list now, and I'm feeling like a young little puppy here now. haha.. I'm only 26, and I average 8 hours myself.

    Same for me. I wake after 5 hours. Then I go back to sleep again
