    New Fisheye Lens

I am going mad with seriousness. Came into a little money and completed my lens suite with a Sigma 10-20 mm F4-5.6 (semi-fisheye--roughly 15mm-30 mm in 35 mm terms). I'll be posting some wide angle shots very soon. I've always liked wide angle lens because they give even the most mundane and ordinary scenes an air of gravity.

    Don, the 10-20 isn't a fisheye, though?

Great addition to your camera bag. I recently added a 12-24mm wide to my outfit. It has opened up a whole new area of images for me. Hope you enjoy your new purchase. We'll be looking for pictures.
Don't forget about the Gallery. Are your photos there??

Well Harrison, they call it a semi-fisheye. I actually consiudered the Nikkor Fisheye lens but I just thought it wasn't generaly useful enough and it cost $100 more. Thanks Old Timer. Since I bought the Nikon D40 I have felt I had joined a very elite club.
