    which SLR

I'm interested in a nice DSLR for primarily wildlife photos, Deer, Elk, flying birds, etc.but not to exclude flowers, I'm thinking of Canon d7, or canon 550. What would be the advantage of the d7 over the 550 if there is one?
    Thanks..

    Re: which SLR

Having never used either, I believe that the biggest difference is the auto focus system. The 7D having a very accurate and fast (from what I've read) AF system coupled to an extremely fast frame rate of 8 fps make it a very capable camera in the right hands.

The 7D is also physically larger and heavier.

    What's a Loupe for anyway?
