    Wood Stork

    I was driving back to school after grabbing a burger between classes, and here was this big stork on the side of the road. He was ver docile and let me have as long as I wanted to take pictures.

    Nice find, we hunted these last spring/summer in the coastal marshes, and didn't see any at all. Nice photos all, but the environmental is my pick of the three. My god that thing is ugly...

    BTW, I will be in St. Augustine for a few days (march 25-28). If you wanna meet up, let me know. I'm definately coming this time. So far, the plan is:

    Sunday - around town, architecture studies, touristy stuff.
    Monday - I'll be at the rookery nearly all day, except like 12-3.
    Tuesday - Anastasia park in the morning, whatever later on.

    Wednesday We'll be heading up the coast of Georgia, and visiting coastal islands through thursday. Hope to see you there.
