    Mantis Portrait

I haven't seen any of these guys in years (for some reason). Found this one in my landscaping last Thursday.

    Re: Mantis Portrait

Certainly presents the face of a deadly predator.

Found one, all green, in the hallway of an apartment building where I used to live many years ago. Unfortunately had no cameras then.

Subsequently I've never seen another mantis, not even in Costa Rica. Would love to take video and then slow down how a mantis grabs prey.
