A sparrow having Breakfast

This guy was eating breakfast this morning . Yummy Worms.
I am not a birds person so I assume its a sparrow. Correct me if I am wrong

it's a sparrow alright :D A bit hard to tell which species due to the lighting, but I think it's a song sparrow.
