In a slump...

I have been in a photography slump all winter long. I have been out a few times, but haven't come home with anything I would consider print worthy in quite a while. I'm hoping the spring weather will help to motivate me to get out and create some nice images. I sat in the woods for a couple hours yesterday and had this groundhog approach me. Not a great shot by any stretch, but it was just nice to be out and to have a subject to point my lens at again.

I feel your pain! LOL I am anxious to get out and start taking some shots myself. You did not get a good shot here to get you started, Jeff

Me too. I think I've only been out twice since last November looking for harriers and short-eared owls. Found them but they were too far and too few.

Thinking of getting back into sport-fishing again. So with the kids, dogs, and work, I'll probably be shooting a lot less N&W.
