Seeing the Invisible

I don't know about you, but, you know about my eyes. I don't think...actually, after watching them for an hour or so, I know for sure I cannot see that with my naked eyes.

Lovely! I especially like the first one, really looks like he's lost his reading glasses :) I wish the second one had been a wee bit sharper, but I know how hard it is! But amazing how close you get. What kind of lens do you use?

200-400 f4. The originals were cropped to get what you see here. The birds are too small, if I get close enough to get a full frame of them, my lens may not be able to focus at all...too close. Besides, if you do have the bird fill up the frame, you have no room for error. They don't stay in the frame for very long. In fact, they will "disappear", gone just like that.

At first I just planned to post the first one. Then I was thinking: "what the heck" and threw in the second one, too.

Not there yet. Hopefully could get something better next time.
