A couple of shots from a trip to the Zoo recently.

Nice detail, David.
I like the first one more. Not because its better, just because I like it more.

I think the first shot is the better of the two, but I think I like the second more, just because of the detail/texture. We think of birds having such soft, fine coats. But, upon closer examination these feathers are pointed and could even be rough, sharp to the touch. This is a new guinea pigeon. I didn't think to note the name of the bird in the first image.
