Replaced my beloved missing sony H1 with a brand new H5 today, managed to wait about 35 seconds from the time i left best buy until the time when i ripped open the packaging, dropped in a memory card and some batteries, and hit the road. Definately a learning curve, despite the fact that the H5 boasts only minor differences (improvements, hopefully) from my old H1. Headed down to the north pond area again, just north of the Lincoln Park Zoo in chicago...got a couple of good images, but for the most part it was just nice to have a camera in hand again. Is this a green heron?
