    Pelican waiting for dinner...

    Shot this afternoon at the Saskatoon weir, 50-200 + ec 20 and CP filter @ 400mm..

    Had to leave before I saw any action

    Every other time I've driven by this site there have been a half dozen or more of them fishing...

    Very nice Don. I take it your shooting angle was the lowest you could get?

    Thanks...

    The immediate area is fenced off and I was shooting from a slightly elevated boardwalk maybe twenty feet from the water. There is an ungroomed trail right at the waters edge, next time I'll look for an access that doesn't require climbing a fence with ten pounds of camera and tripod
