Wow - the white egret is amazing - his wings have become transluscent with the lighting and you can see his bones! I wish it was a little sharper, though.

An image trhat size at good quality should ge 1MEG atleast. The quality you save at is why it looses alot :) My 600x400 images at highest quality are larger file sizes. Try to save your images at 600x400(or there about) at a file size of 100kb to 150kb.

I took your image into PS CS2 and resized it and added some smart sharpening.... It looked way better to my eyes even with such a low quility file to start with.

I didn't save it, so just went and did it.... crop, resize, smart sharpen, noise ninja (slightly) and opened up the dynamic range with levels(I just learned that trick)

GRRRRR, I had to resave it after working it because it wouldn't load. :mad2:

well that will be my next set of classes. i have spent a while picking up the learning curve of my 20d. it is a handful getting good images to begin with.

perfecting those images in photoshop and other media is a game in itself.

the journey of 1000 miles begines with a sigle step.

    thanx for the help.
