Northern parula with a bit of grub

From another visit to my local state park yesterday.

Tiny tiny little bird, never sits still. At least he stayed in the same tree while I tried to follow him around for a few minutes. Thought I'd lost him several times, and then suddenly, a flick across the branches!

Sky was broken cloud, but bright sunlight, so backgrounds are either white or blue. Used flash on the last one, edited the reflection out of his eye. (The reflection remaining is from the sun.)

I like the colors in the 1st one
and i think it is best seen in #3

The sun went behind some clouds after the first one, the rest were duller light.
I saw another one later, on the ground, but had packed the camera to return to my motorcyle.
Lesson: obviously, never pack up while you're still out there!
