    gecko pics

    these are my golden gecko's I kinda wish that the bark was in focus on the second. These were hard to shoot, give me more respect to those out in the field getting those great shots

    Judging by the quality of the out-of-focus areas, I think these were shot through glass?

    It may surprise you that shooting in the field may actually be easier/better as you are not confined to a small area. But finding a wild specimen in the wild is a different matter altogether

    well I didnt shoot through the glass . I basically open the lid . I used my 18-200 vr lens. I know its not ment for macros.lol plus I finally figured out mow how to reduce noise on my d200. let me know about this pic

    we use to have some leo's they are great. Thats the bad thing about having a wife working at a pet store,we bet alot of pets for free. I'll take some pics of my parrots soon, we have only 4 right now.:mad2:
