    Dumb Bird

Why would you make a nest about four feet off the ground at less than two feet from the sidewalk to our busy front door?

How to tell the most experienced shooter in a group? They have the least amount of toys on them.

Because your light fixture made an ideal place to make a nest!

    Nice capture.

Because it's under the shelter of your eave and the lights are warm...or maybe because birds are dumb.

    Re: Dumb Bird

Though the bird seems stupid.... that was a smart move.

    1) People scare most things that attack nests away.

    2) warm dry place

    3) plenty of food around

    4) Even an event photog can now get great images now ;)

Great image of "hand of man" wildlife imagery.

I just feel bad because every time someone walks by the mother flies away to distract from the nest. People walk by often, and I worry that the young won't get the attention they need.
