    Pretty in Pink

    All right then, I'm going to post some more here...muahahaha!

    I took this several weeks ago at the zoo...so not truly an "in the wild" shot, but I love it, and it's birds, and well...nature.

    I like this shot a lot and love these birds. Lived close to Hialeah, FL two different times as a child. Great memories of the birds 'leaving' the track at certain times of the day and in those days you didn't need plastic flamingo's in the yard, there were real ones. Some just would show up and then leave.

    Thanks for sharing. Great color.

    These are indeed the greater flamingos that are found in FL in small numbers.
