    Misc. Birds

Lately, I haven't been able to shoot as much as I would have liked. So I had about an hour and a half yesterday after work to see if anything was going on in the fields before the sun set.

Not much to write home about. But it was nice to get out

first image: the closest I've come to a meadowlark (on ground or in air)
last image: the closest I've come to a T.V. (on ground or in air) - I actually saw him through the trees before he saw me. When he popped into the opening, he was very close. In fact, at one point I couldn't fit him into the frame (good case for using zooms).

All uncropped images. All with the 300mm+2x, f/11, and ISO 400 (except the last at ISO 800).

    Thanks for looking.
