Re: more from the backyard
Isn't it just amazing what we could miss in our backyards if we didn't look. You have some great looking shots here I really like that gray bird you have there on top it almost blends into the background.
Re: more from the backyard
I really like the shot of the robin. The water droplets make for a cool effect.
Re: more from the backyard
Hey your Robin's are already nesting lol They just arrived here last week , its the first time i see flocks of Robins arriving only to have everything still covered in snow. You got a good variety in your back yard . Good Captures. :)
Re: more from the backyard
Thanks everyone.
Loupey - That's my favourite from the set. It was actually from the day before in the rain. It is nesting within sight of my son's window and we're going to try shooting from that angle tomorrow.
Knight - You still have snow on the ground out that way? We're getting 19 and sunny tomorrow.
I had to take my feeder down with the branches. The last wind storm broke off 3 main branches that all hung over my yard. They're all gone now so I've no where to hang a feeder at the moment. Should have a pole up by the end of the week though. Then I'll see how many of my friends return after a drastic change to their environment.
Re: more from the backyard
Great series. They're all good.
Chris, the gray bird is a dark - eyed junco.
Re: more from the backyard
Beautiful shots, that robin one with the droplets is really eyecatching. It was +22 cel here Sunday and this weekend they forecast -10 cel with snow....sigh!
Re: more from the backyard
I heard the midwest was getting slammed from a friend in Northern Minnesota. No worries in a few weeks it will all be but a memory lol.
Thanks for the comments

Thanks for telling me I really had not a clue to what it was since we don't have them around my parts. For you up in MN I think you are in the wrong part of the midwest I'm going to be in the 60's today (thank god).

Juncos are common around here. Actually, they've really been thick the last week or so.
Surprisingly, we're supposed to get to 70 degrees today. That's MN, snow one day - 70 3 days later.
