    Make a Wish in Sepia
I was bored and needed to get my photo fix so i went outside and just played around with my camera... I got a few nice results and I'm pretty happy, I'll post those on a different board cuz they arent all nature pictures =P

Interesting selection for sepia. Curious as to what drove your selection?

I feel that you are losing too much with this flat of a conversion or treatment. The sharpness of the seeds of the dandelion don't jump out as much as they might and the stem fades against the background.

Did you post some of your other images here at PR?

Im not quite sure what made me want to take this photograph, I was just bored and messing around with the sepia and black and white... I got a few of the dandelion but i think this was the best one... Maybe I'll try again but it was a bit difficult to get it to focus in the first place =P

If you want to go with sepia, one of the best ways I have found is to convert to b&w, and then use a warm filter, or just warm up the photo, and then add or subtract saturation to fit your taste, this will avoid the flat look, and softness sepia usually gives.
