Mad Sparrow or Hawk Wanna-be

This Sparrow looks mad because he caught his claw on one of the thorns or he's got that look like he want's to be a Hawk. Can some one please confirm this as a Song or Fox Sparrow? Some Sparrows have such slight differneces I can never be sure.
