Lunar eclipse

Here's my compilation of last night's total lunar eclipse.

Really nice, that looks like it would be a great poster.
I was going to try and get shots, but it was to cloudy.

Thats pretty cool. I tried taking some pictures last night. I can never get a good focus on the moon.

Cool shot(s) DD. I snapped a few quick ones while I was headed out to work that night, but I haven't had a chance to look at them.

If you don't mind, cold you send me a hi-res copy of your posted pic?

DirtDevil, great photos :thumbsup: . I tried to get some as well, but forgot that when it is -5C or so, your batteries lose power quickly even though I have two of them in a battery grip, so I missed the last half hour or so before totality, but it was a learning process and I do have at least a few during the onset of the eclipse that I like, and there will be another one in a couple of years so I have time to develop a better process. :idea:

i really like how you got basically every stage of the eclipse! definatly some time spend on composing these images! great work:)

Great job at capturing and putting together these images. btw, unless you know the person very well, I would not send anyone a hgh res pic. It could only be used to make prints and possibly sell.
Just my caution

These are GREAT! I can't decide which I like better, the pictures or the presentation of them, Jeff
